Crystal Creek Koi Farm ships all live koi via UPS Next Day Air® Early to ensure safe arrival within 24 hours. Live fish orders require overnight shipping — no ground or standard shipping is available. Live koi orders ship on Wednesdays only to avoid weekend transit delays and ensure your fish arrive healthy and on time.

A flat overnight shipping rate of $79.99 applies to all live koi orders, including mixed boxes.

We do not ship live fish to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, or New York.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. Please review our full Shipping & Live Arrival Policy for claim procedures and requirements.

Koi food and supplies ship separately from live fish orders. A flat rate of $12.99 applies to food and supply orders.

Local delivery is available for orders of $50 or more. Delivery fees vary based on distance. Select local delivery at checkout to see if your address qualifies.

Split Shipments If your order includes both live koi and food/supplies, your order will ship in two separate packages. You will see separate shipping options for each shipment at checkout.

Mixed Box Orders All mixed box orders ship in a single box. Our mixed boxes are available in quantities of 3, 4, or 5 fish (10"–12" koi), carefully packed to meet fish density and oxygen requirements for safe overnight transit. For custom orders or special requests, please contact us in advance.
