Live Koi Shipping Crystal Creek Koi Farm ships all live koi via UPS Next Day Air® Early to ensure safe arrival within 24 hours. Live fish orders require overnight shipping — no ground or standard shipping is available. Orders ship Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays.

A flat overnight shipping rate of $79.99 applies to individual koi orders. Mixed box orders ship for $79.99 flat.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. Please review our full Shipping & Live Arrival Policy for claim procedures and requirements.

Koi Food & Supplies Shipping Koi food and supplies ship separately from live fish orders. A flat rate of $12.99 applies to food and supply orders.

Split Shipments If your order includes both live koi and food/supplies, your order will ship in two separate packages. You will see separate shipping options for each shipment at checkout.

Multiple Box Orders All mixed box orders ship in a single box. Our mixed boxes are available in quantities of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 fish (8"–10" standard fin koi), each carefully packed to meet fish density and oxygen requirements for safe overnight transit.

For orders outside our standard mixed box sizes, or for fish larger than 10", please contact us in advance for a custom shipping quote.
